Malena

This 2000 Italian movie starrs "Monica Bellucci" as Malena Scordia and "Giuseppe Sulfaro" as a teenage boy Renato Amoroso.
Malena's husband is an army man and goes to the war front during the World War II. Renato is a young teenager stepping into his adolescence and he falls in love with Malena. When Malena does not get any information about her husband she takes it, that he is dead. She has nothing to eat and no money to shop. At that time many men come to help her but only to exploit her body in return. Renato witnesses all the crimes of these men on Malena.
The movie revolves around Renato stepping into his adult life and how Malena is treated and humiliated by her townsmen.
This is an excellent film with all the emotions and drama.
